Terms of services
These terms apply to your use of thedgram.com and to projects with D'Gram. By using the site or working with us, you agree to them.
1. Our website. All content on this site belongs to D'Gram, except client work, which belongs to the respective clients and is shown with their permission. Please don't copy or reuse anything without asking us first.
2. Our services. Each project is defined in a written proposal or agreement covering scope, timeline and fees. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately.
3. Payments. [Projects start after an advance of 50%. The balance is due before final files are handed over. Late payments may pause work.] Edit this to match how you actually work.
4. Revisions. [Each project includes two rounds of revisions. Extra rounds are charged separately.]
5. What we need from you. Timely feedback, accurate content and approvals, and the rights to any material you give us, such as logos, photos or text.
6. Ownership. Once the project is fully paid, you own the final approved deliverables. We keep the rights to our working files and to concepts that were not selected. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we may show the finished work in our portfolio. Fonts, stock images and other licensed assets are your responsibility unless we include them in the quote.
7. Confidentiality. We keep your non-public business information private and expect the same from you about our process and pricing.
8. No guaranteed results. Good design and strategy improve your chances, but we can't guarantee specific outcomes like sales, rankings or conversions, because those depend on many factors outside our control.
9. Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project.
10. Cancellation. [Either side can cancel with written notice. You pay for work completed up to that point.]
11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls under the courts of Chennai.
